Instructions for Presenters
Oral Presenters (Full and Short Papers)
1. Arrival and File Submission
Presenters must arrive at the room indicated in the conference program at least 10 minutes before the start of their technical session. Upon arrival, please introduce yourself to the session chair and submit your presentation file to the room’s technical staff for upload to the local computer.
2. Presentation Duration
Each oral presentation must not exceed 18 minutes and will be followed by up to five-minute question-and-answer period. Presenters are kindly requested to respect the allocated time to avoid delays in the technical program.
3. Conference Language
Presentations and question-and-answer discussions must be conducted in English, the official language of WPMC 2026.
4. Presentation Slides
WPMC 2026 does not require an official slide template. Presenters may use their preferred design and format. Presentation files should be provided in PowerPoint or PDF format and checked in advance to ensure that fonts, figures, videos, and animations are displayed correctly.
Demo Presenters
The Demo Area will be located in the Exhibition Hall. Demonstrations will take place during the coffee breaks, according to the WPMC 2026 conference program.
Each demonstration space will be equipped with:
- One skirted table measuring 120 cm (W) × 75 cm (H) × 70 cm (D);
- One 60-inch Smart TV;
- One wired network connection; and
- One electrical power strip.
Presenters are responsible for bringing all equipment, adapters, cables, connectors, extension cords, software, and other materials required for their demonstration. Please verify the compatibility of your equipment with the provided facilities in advance.
Each demo session will last 30 minutes. Presenters are kindly requested to follow the instructions below.
